Let’s get to know Camsi Cooperative better.
Cooperative for providing needs The Steel Structure Manufacturers Association was formed in 2018 with about 20 members. Its overall goal is to enhance existing capacities, reduce production costs, and create and expand the culture of using standard steel structures. It consists of large and small knowledge-based industrial factories with an annual production capacity of standard structures (500,000 tons) and employing about 100,000 people. In response to the country’s biggest social challenge (safe and sustainable structures), it operates in the form of cooperative organizations in the construction industry, refineries and petrochemical industries, industrial sheds and tanks. It was established with the cooperation and support of the Ministries of Roads and Urban Development, Labor Cooperatives and Social Welfare, the National Standards Organization, the Building Engineering System Organization, and with the vision of (producing safe and sustainable structures for everyone, everywhere).

The nationwide campaign to create standards, which was designed and founded at the beginning of 2020 by the Kamsi Cooperative, as the only professional trade organization, has been four years old... During these 4 years, the Kamsi Cooperative, in addition to signing a memorandum of understanding with the National Standards Organization of Iran and independent memorandums of understanding with more than 11 general standards departments across the country, has supported, encouraged, and guided many production units in obtaining the National Standard of Iran label, which has so far managed to increase the production volume of standard steel structures to 500,000 tons per year.
